RESILIENCE! It's a beautiful and essential thing. 

Since "resilience" is a word that gets thrown around a LOT, here’s what it is:

It’s our ability to handle the challenges and crises that come our way. 

What does that even mean?

Well, we all have crises in our lives, right? Some big, some small. Resilience is the capacity to handle what life throws at you, and perhaps even transform into someone even stronger and more awesome than before.

But sometimes our resilience gets low because of, oh, work, family, pandemics, systems like white supremacy, capitalism and patriarchy, and so on. When that happens, it's so hard to handle all the things. Which can lead to issues with physical health, mental health spiritual health, and also, it might keep you from trying new things and taking risks. It might weigh down your self-confidence and cause a whole lot of self-judgment. (Yeah. Those things suck.) 

Which means: it is ESSENTIAL to take care of your resilience and do what you can to support yourself, so your resilience and capacity are as full as possible. 

So if you’ve been feeling depleted, tired, low, overwhelmed, and other words that mean the same thing after a very challenging 2020 and 2021, I have some good news for you:
